At Ibrahim Al-Qurashi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Ensure the perfume or beauty product is unopened, unused, and still in its original cellophane wrap to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your registered delivery address.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
